Asian Business Health, Safety and Environment Network (ABHSEN) is a Non-profit Organisation, co-founded by Michelle in response to the lack of positive health and safety culture among Asian businesses in New Zealand.
Despite the recent improvement of the health and safety culture in New Zealand, vulnerable communities such as Asian workers still face significant risks in the workplace. Migrant workers comprise a significant portion of the workforce in high-risk industry and are often unaware of their health and safety rights and liabilities.
